General Manager International Sales

Job Description : GM INTERNATIONAL SALES TYRES GULF, AFRICA AND LATAM Job holder is responsible for the leadership of all regional sales and customer service activities of the business in Latam, Africa & Middle East. Position Summary: The Position organizes, motivates and leads sales and customer service teams in different regions. Job Holder is responsible for combined performance of the teams and for ensuring that everyone within the team reaches their targets. Job holder will operate incentive schemes that motivate members to achieve sales targets. Job holder guides the sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Also, analyzes sales statistics gathered by the team to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Will keep track of competitor movements and will devise counter plans for them. The job holder further needs to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. Performance Measures: Sales Targets, Accuracy of monthly forecasts, Inventory at dealers end as well as in the warehouse, Receivables, Dealer Satisfaction Index Person Specifications: A Senior level person who is familiar with Geographical Marketing and Sales strategies and has a big picture view of the Tyre business. Should have exposure in executing local level Sales strategy through dealers. Qualification - Post Graduation in Marketing and Sales from a reputed institute Experience - Minimum 15-20 years sales experience in Tyres/auto ancillary business.
