Job Description : PLASTIC PIPE MACHINE SUPERVISOR TANZANIA The factory is installed with the following machinery: 1. Single Screw Extrusion Line producing Polythene Pipe (HDPE) of 20mm 110mm 2. Twin Screw Extrusion Line producing uPVC Pipe of 20mm 110mm 3. Twin Screw Extrusion Line producing uPVC Pipe of 110mm 315mm 4. PVC Socketing Machine 5. Slotting and Threading Machinery 6. PVC Injection Machine 7. Hot/Cold High Speed Mixing Machine · Minimum of 8 years Practical experience in the same industry , · Minimum 2 years experience at supervisory level · Minimum education diploma in engineering or equivalent · Ability to plan, prepare, install and commission new equipment · Responsible for the day to day safe and efficient running of machinery · Must be meticulous in record keeping of raw materials, production, output, finished goods, daily plant operations and so on · Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the work carried out. Perform incoming and outgoing inspection on all work carried out. · Provide valuable training to subordinates · Able to meet set objectives Overlook workforce of the product line and ensure effective staff utilisation. · Liaise with other supervisors and gain best knowledge and solutions for the machine
