Job Description : PLANT HEAD CEMENT INDUSTRY INDIA The incumbent shall be responsible for overall aspects of Plant / Unit Head such as Projects, Operations, Maintenance, Production/Process, Quality, Safety Management, EHS, HR & IR, Finance & Accounts, Government Liaison etc. BE/B.Tech(Mechanical Engineering) with 25 to 28 years of experience from Integrated Cement manufacturing company. Must have exposure of setting up greenfield projects and than plant head role. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
