Senior Process Technician

Job Description : Sr Process Techs needed- FWT, Arlington TX- Sign on Bonus 75k-120k, No degree needed. Must have 10 plus years experience. Set up, install and maintain all molds. Perform tooling changes when needed. • Perform color and resin changes when needed. Understand and maintain all processing guides to ensure material is processed to manufacturer specifications. • Do all necessary start-ups and shut downs. • Learn the automation side of our business: Fanuc robots, Data-Logic Camera Systems and PQ Manager data point collection. • Ability for 1st part QC checks, catalog dimensions via IMM and understand production QC checks throughout the day. • Troubleshoot and solve problems. • Maintain ISO and/or certified quality standards. • Maintain production schedules. • Document discrepancies from daily output estimates for parts and material. • Understand, follow and enforce all established health, quality, company and ISO policies and procedures. • Perform assigned preventative maintenance work. • Flexibility to perform tasks associated with the overall success of the company. Qualifications: • 10+ Years of Injection Molding Operator Experience • Be able to perform job duties listed above • 5+ Years at one job minimum Benifits!
