Job Description : CEO Client- Leading Realty Company Job Location- Indore CTC- Up to 85 Lakh p.a. Education & Experience- BE / B.Tech-Civil with 20-25 Years Exp. Age Group- 42-50 Years He shall be responsible for complete operation of Reality Business as per direction of board and MD in all domains of construction i.e Engineering, construction, construction planning, contracts and costing. Have independently taken up the large variety & size of realty projects i.e. Villas, Developed plotting, Duplex and High Rise apartments, Towers, Commercial centers, Hotels etc. He should have adequate knowledge of business and management principles and technical expertise to deal with complex issues. He should be able to lead a large team with multi locations. R & R - Planning, formulating and rolling out strategies for business growth as per the annual business plan & to build partnerships with external stakeholders like contractors , consultants , sales channel partners. Review and approval of annual manpower plan which is in sync with annual business plan. Review and approval of KRA’s to all business HODS , sales, construction , procurement , Engineering , HR/admin , legal/liaison and accounts. Periodic review of performance of all functions and providing necessary support/resources to construction teams to ensure business objectives are met. Setting up and improving process and SOP’s Frequent site visits to understand & monitor quality. Regular review and follow of Procurement, purchase process, cash flows. Ensuring proper accounting system are in place along with CFO. Statutory Compliance EHS Compliance: Zero Fatality ATS and Registry in time, Adherence to project schedule, Managing project costs within budgets Approvals within agreed timelines for land, preconstruction, during construction and post construction. Facility Management, Formation of Township committee & registration under the law for smooth hand hover of the projects Responsible for P&L of Real Estate Business and across projects. Customer satisfaction in terms of quality & delivery. Responsible for Execution of projects, Engineering, contracts, Tendering, procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality, safety, estimation, etc. Preparation of detailed project plan & budget along with the engineering head and all required department and partners. Creating and implementing the company vision, mission, company's short- and long-term strategy, an integrated business plan. Periodically review and check the performance of the Executive Management Team and recommend remedial action and improvements. Monitor the adherence of employees to guidelines, policies and procedures.
