Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO CANADA The Fractional CFO will have a diverse role, with a primary focus on: Managing the day-to-day financial duties for the company supporting the CEO and the operations teams Lead, mentor, coach a finance team, while providing strong guidance and direction Work with outside lenders and dealings with an ABL Handle all management and financial reporting, specifically cash flow reporting Building processes and ensuring controls are in place Working as part of an innovative and committed senior leadership team To be successful in this role you will need to be extremely hands-on, proactive and drive things forward. You will have: A CPA designation Relevant experience with small/mid-sized companies; direct experience in consumer goods distribution is an asset Hands-on experience implementing and managing automated business processes Demonstrated skills in providing strategic advice to senior management Excellent communication skills; a very analytical thinker Strong technical accounting skills, paying attention to the details A strong entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ attitude; always looking to make things better A strong familiarity with NetSuite is beneficial
