Vice President Finance

Job Description : VP Finance Controller Location – Hyderabad · Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. · Responsible for Business Analysis, Inventory & debtor control and finalization and audit of annual report of Glass & Plastic Bottles Manufacturing Business. · Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organization’s expectations. · Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the Glass & Glass & Plastic Bottles Manufacturing Business users and in accordance with applicable A/C standards. · Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit for Glass & Plastic Bottles Manufacturing Business with the approved external auditor. · Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash for Glass & Plastic Bottles Manufacturing Business. · Reconcile bank and investment accounts and manage cash flow. · Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget & forecast. · Partner with CEO in all the strategic initiative for further growth. · Advice CEO on all functional matter related to business. · Build excellent relationship with all stakeholders including customers. · Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. · Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies. · Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations. · Report to the Group CFO with timely and accurate financial information. · Assist the Group CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members. · The incumbent will be responsible for internal audit for Glass & Plastic Bottles Manufacturing Business. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS 1. Educational Qualifications · Qualified Chartered Accountant (First Attempt in all groups) · 15 - 20 years of post-qualification experience with 3 years at least as Head of Accounts. · Minimum three year experience as Head – Finance & Account/Financial Controller · Proficient in SAP / ERP/Tally & advance excel 2.
