Human Resources Head

Job Description : HR HEAD DRC 20-25 years experience Educations : Post graduate / MBA (Business Administration) in HR and IR / Personnel Management Language Known : Must be able to speak, read, and write French & English . Job Responsibilities : - Experience handling subcontractors, their contracts, etc -Understanding and proficiency in labour codes/laws of jurisdictions where he/she has operated (including then accordingly optimising shift schedules, overtime calculations, medical coverage, etc) - Develop a strategy for each company after speaking with all required stakeholders - Develop a calendar and road map for the complete year of operations and strategize the contracts. - Should understand tax implications and calculations of jurisdictions in which he/she has operated - Policy drafting experience (should know how to do this keeping the local laws in mind, being able to meet team members and make proposals according to their demands along with managing management requirements/ abilities/finances) - Standardising benefits and work with the team to set up bank accounts, utilisation, etc Competencies required : - Experience developing and executing strategies - Strong written and oral skills (including excellent grammar) - Strong preference for a candidate who has worked in both a more structured corporate environment AND a family business environment - Experience with developing a HR and communications strategy in a company where there was previously not one in place.
