Brand and Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description : Brand and Trade Marketing Manager – Flour DUBAI is responsible for creating appropriate brand positioning and supporting the delivery of the Flour marketing strategy to maximize growth and profitability opportunities with existing and new customers. To support in the development of category-specific annual/quarterly/monthly budgets, demand Plans, and reporting results of the department. To develop the overall strategic brand plan, which is effective in the brand launch, delivering market share, volume, profit objectives, and building the brand equity measured via consumer tracking. To ensure Net Revenue target and Gross Margin targets are met. To Effectively market the products and services by conducting market research and overseeing product development and design. To set prices, launch new products, manage advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance. To Plan and report – Annual Budget, Quarterly Business Review, Mid-Year Review. To act as an effective liaison with advertising agencies and supervise their activities to develop effective ATL & BTL brand advertising. To identify marketing opportunities through the analysis of consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, and establishing targeted market share. Bachelor / University Degree. 10 years of functional experience out of which 3 to 5 years should be in an equivalent management level. Strong and successful experience in marketing/category development program execution. Strong operations background – can provide leadership for the development of new processes. Strong understanding of production and supply chain logistic processes. Project management skills. Consumer insight development. Strong understanding of financial measures including P&L and NWC.
