Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER MYNAMR/BURMA FOR PHARMA 15-20 years experience The job involves a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation. The Country Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of market and more specifically its Pharma and Healthcare sector. He should possess good networking skills. · Country Manager will be responsible for managing operations within the assigned Country. · To achieve the top line and bottom line numbers / profitability of business in assigned country. · Develop business plans and monitor the sales performance to develop strategies for the growth of countries. · Review performance on a monthly basis and implement corrective measures in the concern areas. · To develop new business opportunities. · Registration / Renewal of products in liaison with the Countrys regulatory authority. · Effectively leading a team of Medical Representatives and Managers and ensuring close co-ordination with the distributors. B.Sc / B.Pharma. MBA will be an added advantage.
