Job Description : Associate Manager-Sales Operations, Sharjah, UAE Must have atleast 8 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry in UAE region. Must Hold a UAE Driving License Role Summarv: Developing and delivering all sales communication and trainings for the sales team. Own and maintain the delivery roadmap for the commercial organization listening to the market needs to push Future to the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities: - AOP consolidation for financial inputs and system upload - Category and Channel-wise performance evaluation - Daily sales repo. for the field and central team - Monitoring and training sales team - Creating data from external readings with use of tools for further analysis and evaluations - Monitoring and reporting coverage - Monitoring data accuracy and updating sales rep hierarchy for accurate reporting - Developing & updating Route to market (UM) - Tracking non-moving, near expiry stock, promo and non-promo - coordination with team for liquation plan, Damages & return tracking & control - NPD tracking - Monthly intervention consolidation 8, communication to sales based on demand meeting for targets setting & alignment
