Job Description : VP CORPORATE FINANCE PHILIPPINES you will be responsible for working directly with the Group CEO and the BODs in developing the group’s strategy and in communicating it, ensuring full alignment of strategic initiatives from businesses within the group. Provide financial advisory/guidance to project/BD teams on building the business case of their projects, which include providing recommendations and/or actionable insights to management, as needed Ensure that there is an appropriate review process in place on analysis done by the team and providing guidance to team members on the projects they handle, as needed Lead the process of developing, adjusting, and optimising the policies and framework that govern investments Lead initiatives to educate and share best practice knowledge in the areas of high finance and financial modelling with the business development and finance teams To succeed in this VP, Corporate Finance role, you must have a strong strategy orientation, extensive experience in valuing assets and businesses. Must have at least 15 years’ experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making CPA or CFA qualifications is preferred Ability to apply a variety of strategic frameworks to analyse problems and to guide and develop solutions Must have a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies
