Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD BRAZIL 15+ years experience Experience in the energy/gas sector; Fluent English; Experience acting as a Business Partner in other areas/companies of a group; Interaction with the CFO for the purpose of monitoring loans and financing, preparing the budget, analyzing the long-term model and reporting; Assist the members of the advisory committee and committees; Integration with the planning area to explain the budgeted and realized result and investment and the short and long term projections; Integration with the accounting area to explain the numbers of the financial statements and the tax impacts; Integration with the treasury area for the purpose of requesting eventual contributions and releases; Provide analysis, studies and advice on all matters that may have a significant financial impact on the company, including the impact of loan and financing covenants, monitoring, hedging operations, gas contract, etc... and Review financial modeling in conjunction with the planning team to measure and predict potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
