Vice President Supply Chain

Job Description : VP SUPPLY CHAIN VEITNAM The VP Supply Chain plays an important role in developing world class supply chain management capability that contributes effectively to business growth strategies. Manage end-to-end supply chain, ensure effective management of capacity and production planning, procurement, customer service and logistics functions (including export sales and order fulfilment) within the in-country businesses Develop and implement country supply chain strategy, drive digitisation and continuous improvement initiatives Lead effective integrated sales & operations planning process for optimum demand & supply planning, and overall cost to serve Develop a high performing supply chain team and talent/successor management Drive supply chain metrics – quality, inventory, customer satisfaction, cost/profit Develop and maintain strong strategic relationship with key raw material suppliers Lead and drive suppliers to the journey of supply chain sustainability and complying to company code of conduct Lead and drive safety culture and performance At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management Strong leadership, highly collaborative and reflective, while prepared to take strength of conviction in own recommendations. Strong organisation, planning & execution abilities Broadminded creative, strategic and analytically thinking Expertise in end to end supply chain management including production planning, procurement, customer service & logistics Willingness and demonstrated ability to invest time and effort to lead and develop a team Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering or related field
