Job Description : Country Manager Fleet Services, Ghana • BCom or other relevant degree/diploma • Minimum 15 years' experience in General Manager Role • Understanding of leasing industry • Grow fleet size through sales team support, new customer development & compliance with regulations • Freeze Ghana's operations, driving brand awareness and ensuring implementation of financial • Maintaining and growing relationships with stakeholders internally and extremally • Provide clear direction and leadership to the team, implementing performance standards and targets
