Strategy Director

Job Description : STRATEGY DIRECTOR THAILAND In this business critical role you will be responsible for conduct an analysis strategic plans and business goals to make an action plan to improve, develop and define as a strategic initiative, including determining the process of work to be successful through tools, working groups, and creating a change agent to drive the success of business plans, strategies in accordance with directions, policies and goals. Lead the Group business directions Provide short and long-term corporate strategic plans which identifies key business priorities Set financial and operational targets and translate plans to implementable blueprint for each business unit within Group Collaborate effectively with head of business units and stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic plans Develop corporate/ business KPI framework, monitor and evaluate business unit strategies and execution to achieve company’s goals Research and analyse internal & external information (trends, industry and competitors) for relevant business insights and developing strategies Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or Marketing (or equivalent), Master degree is preferred Minimum of 10 years of work experience in corporate/ business strategy & planning role Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis Written, oral and presentation skills necessary to successfully influence senior executives Strategic and analytical approach; structured thinker Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
