Job Description : Sales & Operation Manager – Building Material Job Location – Dubai Salary – AED 12,000 – AED 18,000 Industry – Building Materials Job Requirements: • Degree in Marketing/Business Management or related field. • Mandatory - 8+ years of Sales and Operations Management experience in UAE with Building Materials sector • Must have experience within Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales Operations and/or Finance. • Must be strong on Commercials; Excellent hold on revenue, business plan, Sales and collections monitoring. • Must be strong in making Business plan Commercials, planning sales targets, excellent in financial / revenue generation and MIS reporting to the Board. • Must have experience in Building Material industry procedures and requirements • Must have valid UAE driving license Job Role: • Responsible to manage the Sales and Operations. • Manage the Sales team, acquire sales, build and maintain partner relationships, control operations, and oversee accounting. • Development of bottom-up sales and sales targets and strategic measures with vendors to increase market penetration • Responsible for Group sales target • Continuous development and management of existing and new distribution network • Adept in devising sales & marketing programs / strategies to improve the product awareness and enhance business growth • Develop the team to a level of proficiency that enables them to achieve their sales target. • Communicate with authorities – to an appropriate level – and ensuring operations are always legally compliant. • Responsible and shouldering of P&L • Preparing yearly sales and marketing strategies. • Establishing new markets with competitive strategies.
