Job Description : SALES HEAD UAE Leading the Sales function, you will be responsible for multiple countries and teams and working across different channels. Responsible for the top line growth, you would be accountable for the development and enhancement of market share with modern trade, accelerate the presence in the Horeca channel, and engage the right brand activation for the different channels. In leading a team, you need to set the capability agenda and work towards driving a purpose-led performance. You will create and manage the strategic sales planning and marketing of the company, including the analysis of the different market sectors, the strategies of the competitors, the best routes to market and how they should optimize the position of both the company and its products. Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share and Company profitability. Key achievements in modern trade and team management are key for this role. Leadership: developing the experienced, high-performing sales team and setting the standards across the sales function Strategy: Working with the leadership team to develop the 5-year growth strategy and making Go To Market strategy in alignment with the vision. 15+ years of quality sales experience across all channels. in the food industry with specific experience across the GCC.
