Job Description : CFO SOUTH AFRICA For Indian company looking for South Asians USD 180,000-USD200,000 CTC + Incentives & Bonuses Managing Efficiencies, Expansion and Risk. Responsible for the financial health of the organization; producing financial reports; directing investment activities and developing strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience at an Executive level, ideally as a CFO or Head of Finance, with the ability to produce results in a high-pressure environment where their ideas and inputs are valued and rewarded. Requirements: Financial degree CA (SA) / B Com or equal Sound knowledge of Tax Legislation and complex Tax Structures 5 + years experience in Senior Management (HOD, CFO, HOF preferably) Consumer Finance, Trade Finance or similar experience Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risk are essential Confident & Pro-active leadership approach Duties and Responsibilities Direct reporting line of 10 Head of Departments Staff complimented of 140 in the group Custodian of business financial controls Risk assessment and compliance Costing and pricing inputs, margin guidance and reporting to the business Lead, direct and manage the entire finance function Planning, tracking and reporting the cash flow Working capital management Market intelligence, best practices and logistics Manage international payments & imports Joint credit vetting of potential clients Assist with client relationship management in maximizing value through their business relationship. Devise and implement cost-saving strategies Actively manage the entire group’s tax affairs including both VAT and income tax so as to ensure compliance while minimizing liability Credit and risk management from both a regulatory & compliance perspective Consolidating and collating monthly reporting for the Group and providing strategic analysis and recommendations to the CEO Development, identifying and driving new market opportunities
