Job Description : REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR GERMANY *This role is open to all nationalities across the globe. This role is for profiles within the FMCG, Food Production, Packaging, Filling Machines and machinery sectors into the major food businesses looking for a hands on commercial leader with a track record of success to lead the Middle East and North Africa region. The role involves leading a full 360 hands on strategic approach into the growth of sales, marketing and account leadership to major clients across the region. This will lead a masterful team of directors, technical directors and experienced leaders in their field. This will define the roadmap across the region as a key part of the senior leadership team. This role will have full autonomy for the vision and strategy for the group and its divisions. This person will be helping drive transformation across the business from driving the sales process, defining the clients the group want to work with, expert in closing corporate and large account deals. Expert in formulation a sales with major MNC foods clients. Expert in leading sales directors, technical directors, marketing directors. You will lead and influence overall transformation of the marketing team working closely with key stakeholders, CEO's and board of directors. Lead a team of directors by mentoring, coaching and maximising possibilities. Design, re-engineer and implement sales/ commercial/ marketing strategy and roadmap for ME specifically for GCC region to develop business goals across all of the business functions. A key focus will be on the FMCG and Food distribution elements of the business. Create innovative and inspiring ideas to develop solution offerings to engage a connection with potential new clients. Drive the awareness of the group to focus on the company of choice and the cultural diverse workplace. Drive the account management of customers and make sure all onsite success and communications are top priority. · Define the Market Operations Strategy inline with the stakeholders and ensure that sales/ marketing/ technical and service targets are developed, enhanced an executed. · Identify key clients for Business Development and market growth; capturing growing clients that needs solid solution to growth the products and brands and sustainability revenues. Manage the key solution businesses from packaging solution and driving onsite filling machines. Excellent leadership profile within marketing or branding 20+years within a food orientated background within FMCG, Packaging or Food Production A Commerical /Sales leader Entrepreneurial drive and awareness. A profile who can challenge the board on new initiatives and ideas. Experience in strategic marketing and operational marketing - focussing on P&L and cost centres for ROI.
