15 yearsJob Description : Head International Sales MUMBAI INDIA Looking at a professional to head the International Sales function and drive revenue from international locations upwards of 2000 Cr annually. :- Responsible to generate revenue from international regions like US, GCC, APAC, Europe and Africa and other potential markets as well. - Add value in distribution, high quality sales (NRI segment), reduce cost of sales, ensure repeat purchases. - Align with zonal sales heads internally before launches and impart adequate training - Develop own processes and systems and be responsible for marketing independently - Lead a team of 30+ employees Position Specifications (Know-How, Skills and Knowledge for this position): Key Skills: - MBA from premier institute with min 15 years' experience - Good understanding of international markets and had NRIs as customers - Set up distribution from scratch in a new geography, international sales and P&L experience, and compliance to local norms of doing business. - Handled large teams and senior stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal, influencing skills to manage effective stakeholder relationship.
