Job Description : SALES MANAGER KENYA FOR LEATHER 10+ years experience Min. Bachelor’s degree, experience in planning & strategy sales, ability to lead a sales team Preferable: Degree in sales and marketing Experience in customer relation management 1) Ensure the team meets its target 2) Check daily report 3) Follow up with team on all leads 4) Motivate sales team 5) Candidate will be required to manage sales team which will include but not limit to, constant touch with sales team, manage requirement of team, keep tab of forthcoming requirement, represent the company and its product, to increase business by looking for new opportunities and offering complete range to current clients. Candidate will be responsible for all communication between PKL and client Candidate will be required to share market info, current trends, which he will be able to gather from sales team and market needs Candidate will be responsible for e-marketing. 1,25,000 to 1,50,000 per month
