Job Description : EXPATRIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA Role: Production Manager Roto Moulding job Responsibilities: • Thorough understanding of the rotational molding process including secondary operations and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise within any production process • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Dedicates approximately 96% of the day perforrning the in-process inspection on production parts • Dedicates approximately 10% of the day to performing administrative tasks • Has the knowledge and qualifications to perform general job duties of the machine and secondary operators as needed to ensure smooth operations (covering breaks or absences) • Gives appropriate work direction to shop floor employees • May be asked to work in shifts besides normal work shift Requirements: • Education -Diploma/graduate/ post-graduate • Minimum 10 years of work experience • Candidate is expected to have minimum of 2 years current work experience in Nigeria
