Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO HOLLAND You manage a team of 12 skilled professionals and are mandated to implement organizational changes. You are ultimately responsible in the field of finance and you report to the CEO in the Netherlands and the Group CFO in the US; Responsible for the forecasting and budgeting process; Translating market trends and developments into adequate and tailor-made forecasts; Identifying and, if appropriate, integrating new companies within the Dutch organization; You are also the financial leader of the company with all the responsibilities that go with it. You have at least a completed university education in financial direction, supplemented with an RA title; You have more than 10 years of experience as a Finance Manager/Director and you understand both Financial and Business Control; You have experience in a Private Equity environment; You have a high energy level and are able to challenge the MT on the basis of both content and personality; You are familiar with all conceivable facets of KPIs, sales, margin, production and supply chain reports; You have mergers & acquisitions experience.
