Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER BELGIUM FOR INJECTION MOLDING A leader company in the packaging industry, based in the Limburg area, is looking for an Operations Manager - Injection Moulding to support the operations in the plant. As Operations Manager - Injection Moulding, some of your responsibilities will include: Being in charge of Operations & Production, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement through various projects Providing strategic insights to improve production, maximising its performance and profitability Motivating the team in achieving targets, and supporting it during changes Working in harmony with Supply Chain in order to manage the supply and demand planning runs in time with production Helping the company modernize the way they indulge in operations and building the strategy behind Implementing the growth according with the organisation's plan The ideal candidate for the position of Operations Manager - Injection Moulding holds a master's in Industrial Engineering, and 12-15 years of experience in this function - especially in injection moulding. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred
