Job Description : CFO AUSTRALIA You will lead strategic development of the corporate service functions. There is on site parking provided at the inner suburbs location, where this company is located. This is a very exciting career opportunity Leading the strategic development of the corporate services functions, which include procurement, finance, and infrastructure to improve business performance Managing all acquisitions, leases and facility operations as well as ensuring legislative compliance is met Statutory and ASX reporting, and preparation of accounting briefings Preparation and recommendations for strategic analysis for the CEO Effectively managing internal and external stakeholder relationships Identifying financial and operational improvement opportunities Driving the annual budget process, reviewing consolidated budget and presenting to the Board Providing financial, operational and strategic over-site including mentoring others within the business Prior experience working as a CFO in a commercial environment and ASX listed organisation Demonstrated capability within strategic planning and business development experience having led a varied team Experience overseeing risk management and capital gains Strong experience in supporting company litigation and due diligence activities Opportunity to work for an ASX listed well known organisation Attractive re-numeration package with STI + LTI Working closely with a passionate CEO who is well developed within the organisation
