Job Description : Senior Sales Manager for a diversified group in East Africa . This group has its presence in various sectors such as manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, hardware and distribution of FMCG products . Designation : Senior Sales Manager for Beverages Division-Spirits & Soft Drinks Education and experience requirement: MBA in Sales & Marketing/Bachelors in Administration or equivalent. Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in a similar industry out of which a minimum of 3 years should be as Senior sales Manager. East African experience will be added advantage. Preferred age group : 35 to 40 Years Remuneration & Benefits: Offshore saving salary & Local salary along with Car - Fuel & Driver Immigration( Legal) Status: Work permit cost will borne by company after successfully completion of probation period of 3 months. Medical Insurance: self only Annual Leave:21 Days Passage: Self for Economy Job Description & Responsibilities: The objective of the role is to managing day to day sales activities, work closely with the sales team, determine divisions’ sales objectives, forecast demand and allocate quotas to the team, train the sales team, identify key markets and new markets, stay on top of emerging trends, achieving agreed annual targets, cultivating & building relationships, understanding customer trends and collaborate with teams. Compulsory requirement : An ideal candidate should have worked on Senior Sales Position for at least 5 years .
