Job Description : Supply Chain Manager (Oil&Gas) OMAN Responsible for the provision of Contracting, Sourcing and Logistics services within the Contract including Preservation. Responsible for the quality, audit ability and governance of the Contracting, Sourcing and Logistics processes. Lead the team of Sourcing and Logistics professionals. Well versed in contracting, material planning, sourcing & inventory management.Responsible to develop strategies and drive continues improvements in all SCM aspects. Conduct Market Intelligence and support Company to identify additional suppliers to raise competition levels. Deliver and Maximize Cost Saving Opportunities in line with Contract Optimization review (COR). Responsible to develop cost modelling and capacity of cost bench marking within the procurement teams. Ensure vendors are well managed and vendor delivery performance targets are met. Assist Company's Materials Category Managers with data and demand analysis Shall report directly to the contract manager.
