Job Description : UNIT SALES MANAGER OMAN 15 years in top Food & Beverage Company Working with Key clients modern trade outlets/ A Class customers JD Minimum education bachelor’s degree Driving license is a must Fluent in English Sales Planning / objective setting KPI knowledge Multi-tasking & problem solving Team player Training & Coaching CR’s Sales Oriented & results driven Presentable Ability to drive change with team to deliver on execution and numeric targets Very good negotiation and communication skills Ability to read reports, utilize data to support the decision-making process Follow up skills Hard worker Street smart, to do attitude Microsoft office skills Salary and Benefits Fixed Monthly Salary: OMR R.O 1,510/- Company Car + Monthly incentives (on 100% target achievement incentives are approx. 700 OMR; this is a variable figure) Employment Status: Family (i.e. Self + Spouse + upto Two Children up to 18 years of age) Leave Ticket: Self and Family (i.e. Spouse and upto Two Children up to 18 years of age) Leave Days: Annually 22 working days Medical: Self and Family (i.e. Spouse and upto Two Children up to 18 years of age) Education allowance : Up to R.O 3,000/- per annum, for upto Two Children aged 2 to 18 years (on actuals) Job role can be in any location across Oman
