Job Description : VP BUDGETING MALAYSIA This role is to act as a strategic finance partner and advisor to business stakeholders and senior management to drive budgeting monitoring. Be responsible for variable acquisition and operating expense management and provide high visibility of operating expense trends/insights to respective business senior management Proactively partner with respective business partners to manage their costs and identify opportunities for expense efficiencies Develop and deliver financial insights using internal available information, collaboration with other teams, evaluating complex financial issues and recommending insightful solutions Provide support for a variety of finance/business needs, including budget presentations for senior leadership, and day-to-day ad hoc analyses Lead and report the monthly performance report to respective business senior management Prepare and consolidate rolling forecast and budget number at a group level Business acumen with analytical/problem solving skills to aid management decision making and attention to detail Good understanding of financial reporting concepts Good exposure to managerial roles in management reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial analysis and financial reporting Effective people management and coaching skills
