Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE SUPPLY CHAIN AUSTRALIA CBD fringe location $180,000 - $200,000 + super + bonus Medical technology health care business This is an established Medical Technology Health-care business that has enjoyed a number of successes throughout Australia and NZ, with a strong track record of delivering successfully for their clients. They have also built a very good company culture over the years, with high staff retention, placing a huge amount of value on business fit. Reporting to the CEO, this role is your chance to be a part of a business with a strong strategic vision with an opportunity to make your mark by influencing financial elements in every part of the business. The role manages the usual finance functions, including technical accounting, operational analysis, and commercial business partnering. Working in a small business, the role will be hands-on, however, a substantial focus of the role will be on partnering with the business: leading financial excellence in operations and supply chain. You will need to understand the complexity and the importance of manufacturing and supply chain accounting, as well as enjoy getting stuck in to really understand the business and how all of the financial aspects drive and impact its success. As such, the role will require you to lead and participate in strategy, but also be happy working at an operational level and being hands-on in the business and your team. Leadership of a team of 2 Bachelors degree in Accounting or Commerce CA/CPA qualifications with over 10 years of manufacturing/ consumer or health-care accounting experience Excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business Ability to influence key stakeholders inline with the wider strategic plan
