Maintenance Engineer

Job Description : Maintenance Engineer- having Experience of (Injection Moulding /Automobile Industry) – TANZANIA he should have Knowledge Injection Molding Machine Maintenance, Robot Installation and their Maintenance, Centralized Conveying System and their Maintenance, Robotics and Automation, MTC & HRTC rectification, Maintenance of Grinding machine, Surface milling machine and Lathe machine, All utility machinery maintenance & installation like- Air Compressor, Cooling Tower, Central Chiller Plant, RO Plant, AHU System, VFD System, AC Refrigerator, Transformer, RMU system and all product based Assembly fixture To ensure smooth running and up keep of all Equipments and production machines. To ensure smooth running of utility equipments (D.G. Sets, Compressor, Transformer Cooling tower Etc.) Preventive maintenance of all utilities and machines used in the manufacturing plant Spare Part Planning & Inventory control of maintenance spares to ensure on time availability. Planning, implementation of maintenance as per schedule Managing man power and resources. Maintenance of AC and DC motors. Operation and maintenance of 33KV Substation and 33 KV/440V Transformers. Maintenance of logic control circuits and PLC control circuits panel. Maintenance of LT MV switchgears and LT power distribution panels. Maintenance and programming of AC drives, DC drives and PID controllers. Machine control panel modifications and planning. Installation and commissioning of new machines and equipments. Power factor controlling and saving power consumption according to power conservation reports. Plant expansion work handling, implementing and planning for installation and commissioning of machines for Lighting Fixture division and shifting of machines.
