Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO SINGAPORE a Singapore HQ company and a leading industry player in the region. With upcoming expansion plans, we are hiring a driven Finance leader to oversee the full Finance spectrum for the APAC region. Requirements · At least 15 years of Regional experience in overseeing the Finance function, preferably with prior Big 4 background · Required: SGX listed company experience (and/or experience with IPO) · Demonstrated a progressive career and able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment · Traits: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a strong business partner who is able to influence, strong business acumen, hands-on yet strategic, collaborative, resourceful, highly driven · Real Estate industry exposure can be a value add Budget: $32,000 - $37,000 per month + bonus Scope This position is the overall lead of the APAC Finance team and reports to the APAC MD. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting responsibilities for the APAC region, providing leadership to the finance teams across the region in delivering finance operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, taxation, internal controls, audit and cashflow management activities. You will evaluate business performance KPIs and implement strategic objectives into achievable plans, drive strategic planning process across APAC and play a key role in supporting company’s rapid growth plans. As the CFO, you will be part of the executive leadership team, and will provide advice and guidance on financial aspects in key decision-making processes, as well as in promoting finance strategies and analyses to drive further business performance. You will also evaluate current processes to drive process streamlining and system enhancement projects, and partner closely with management and regional teams to initiate improvement activities relating to processes, policies and systems.
