Job Description : MODERN TRADE MANAGER UAE FOR BEVERAGES Modern Trade Manager to join their team based in the UAE. You will serve as the focal person for the Modern Trade Channel, clearly defining long and short-term goals, objectives and targets. Leading strategy formulation and execution of all the sales, distribution & merchandising functions for the channel in order to achieve company long & short-term business goals, objectives and targets. Lead the strategy development and execution of all the sales, distribution & merchandising functions for the Modern Trade Channel in order to achieve company's long & short-term business goals, objectives and targets. Work in synergy with the Head Of Sales and the commercial team on defining long and short-term goals, objectives and targets for the channel Maintain healthy ROI for all accounts within the channel by executing plans on category and SKU mixes Manage channel partners at corporate level Collaborate with brand managers, supply chain, IT and finance teams in creating robust processes and systems, reviewing their effectiveness and correcting them accordingly to ensure targets achievement Participate in regular performance business reviews with key accounts while taking timely corrective actions Key Account development Creation of the quarterly promotional calendar and arranging promotional activity to maximise sales in conjunction with Key Account buyers and Merchandise Managers Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum experience of 8 years in the FMCG Industry 5 years managing direct sales teams Background in evaluating product/market situations and analysing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches full knowledge and experience in developing Key Accounts strategy, structure and growth path Excellent negotiation skills Apply lateral thinking to develop multiple solutions Exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision
