Job Description : PPP Director – GCC leading Advisory Consultancy in the Middle East; they are seeking a highly experienced Director PPP to join their team within the GCC . Ideal candidates for this role will have at least 15 years’ experience of leading & develop the PPP strategy and execution plan for programmes across the MENA region. This role is client facing and candidates must have a previous track record of business development and working in a client facing role. Responsibilities • Lead & develop the PPP strategy and execution plan for clients • Lead the submission of bids for PPP Advisory services for ME opportunities • Manage the client relationship and key stakeholders • Business development to ensure repeat business and winning new PPP contracts • Ensure that the financial objectives for the multi billion programmes are delivered • Manage all programme risk and contingencies Requirements • Engineering related Bachelor's degree • A minimum of 18 years' post graduate experience • Minimum of 18 years' experience, 10 of which associated with PPP transactions in infrastructure or Consulting Company. • Experience in leading on multiple large mix-use developments in the Middle East or Asia • Experience in preparing feasibility studies, project structuring and transaction implementation
