Shift Engineer

Job Description : Shift Engineer - Roto Moulding Location: Nigeria EXPAT Responsibilities: • Thorough understanding of the rotational molding process including secondary operations and demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise within any production process • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Dedicates approximately 2096 of the day performing the in-process inspection on production parts • Dedicates approximately 1096 of the day to perform administrative tasks • Has the knowledge and qualifications to perform general job duties of the machine and secondary operators as needed to ensure smooth operations (covering breaks or absences) • Gives appropriate work direction to shop floor employees • May be asked to work in shifts besides the normal work shift Requirements: • Education-Diploma/graduate/post-graduate • Minimum 8+ years in Roto moulding • Must have production experience in water tanks
