Job Description : B2C KAM DUBAI Industry: Oil & Lubricants Job Responsibilities: • o You are supposed be an expert in vendor relationship management, a product specialist, and advertiser all in one. o You are responsible for recognizing new target local and international clients, analysing both business competition and sales, for carrying out stock management in cooperation with Supply Chain and for finding the best vendors. o Formulating and implementing network sales plans related to lubricants business. Routine follow-up of all aspects related to sales and its payment. o Prepare, coordinate and monitor cost control procedures related to export business as well as monitoring sales and its profitability in lieu with customer requirement. o Preparing Business Plan, Sales Forecast, Market Strategy and Market Analysis to improve market share, profitability and credibility of the organization o Motivate and provide leadership to the team to ensure all sales targets are met. o The individual needs to be a go-getter with strong mind-set of achieving growth by keeping the customer base motivated and continuously driving them to tap uncovered opportunities for our brand/products. o Provide leadership and drive the team promoting teamwork, effective collaboration and constructive working relationships o Actively seek relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up-to-date with the industry. o Contribute proactively to the evolution of change management within the organisation and contribute to the business strategic agenda. o Provide comprehensive forecast reports and deliver required monthly sales feedback reports. o Pricing analysis and discussion with product managers, devise and implement area marketing strategy Job Requirements: • o Should have a prior experience of Grease & Lubricant production company o Strong B2C sales experience with proven track record and success o Minimum 10 years of experience in the MENA Territory o Highly driven and results oriented, aggressive approach to winning business o Relevant recognized formal qualifications (university level) / MBA candidates would be desirable o Several years of experience in a similar international or regional sales or marketing experience (with an international company, national distributor or trading company) very desirable.
