Cost Estimation Head

Job Description : Cost Estimation Head INDIA India / Indian only Bachelor’s Engineering degree with 20+ years of related experience out of which 10+ years in core estimating. Advanced knowledge and experience on large, complex EPC projects. Project estimating experience in several types of business lines (i.e Energy, Infrastructures, Metal & Mines, Manufacturing & Technology) Advanced level of expertise with direct and construction indirect estimate development Experience with supervising and leading a team of estimators for projects/proposals. Knowledge of estimating software tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft software applications currently being used by Bechtel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in @Risk software to assess risk using Monte Carlo simulation. Skilled in oral and written communication, including presentation skills to present cost information to peers & management. Willing and able to travel to other Bechtel offices as needed to help proposal/project estimate efforts.
