Retail Manager 
10 yearsJob Description : RETAIL MANAGER DUBAI Plan and implement the overall stores’ strategy Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment Recruit and hire new store employees Train and evaluate store employees Train store employees on corporate policies and procedures Oversee store schedules and shifts to ensure staffing optimization Collaborate with the various head office functions (merchandising, marketing, visual merchandising, finance, logistics, HR) to ensure store needs are met and that stores are maximizing their individual sales potential Work closely with product and visual merchandising and marketing teams to develop strong product offering matching each store’s specific clientele Determine and set basic store KPIs Track and report on store KPIs Support store supervisors on their clienteling outreach programs and initiatives. Work closely with teams to develop loyal, returning clientele. Collaborate on all client CRM programs, marketing events and initiatives Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors, mall operations and management contacts Support the stores in their operational needs by liaising with maintenance suppliers and vendors to ensure stores are in excellent condition and well maintained Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage along with head office stock and finance counterparts Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity Work with finance teams to review profit and loss figures (P&L) and sales budgets and implement new measures as needed Key Skills: 2-5 years of experience as a Retail Manager or Brand Manager 10+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably with sales and store management experience Reliability and dependability are key traits Strong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeed Good knowledge of sales and marketing Excellent leadership skills Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields. Ability to travel internationally within the GCC and Europe zone is necessary
