Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD NIGERIA 20+ years in FMCG Business Head (Edible Oil & Fats) Minimum 12 years of experience in Edible oil/Soap industry . Responsibilities : 1. Planning, implementing, developing and directing the organizations operational and monetary function and performance towards the company's vision and mission. 2. Acts as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the plans and programmes of a company. 3. Makes the necessary analysis and also make recommendations on a plan for the long term growth of a company. 4. Takes initiatives by introducing new strategies according to the need of a company. 5. Creates, improves, implements and enforces the policies and procedures of the organization that will enhance the operational and financial effectiveness of the company.
