Job Description : VP CORPORATE COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING DUBAI a leader in Financial Services across the Middle East who are Internationally recognized. They are looking for an experienced VP of Corporate Communications & Marketing who can join the ever-growing team here in Dubai. My client are looking for someone with at least 12 years of experience in either Branding & Communication/A Senior Marketing Director level role in an international or large organization with global experience. This is a senior position. Arabic speaking is a bonus but not essential. Job Responsibilities • Provide strategic guidance to the business • Provide branding direction at a strategic level • Oversee public relations, events, marketing and all communications • Manage a large team and be a true leader at VP level • Develop roadshows to support organic business development • Oversee and manage the organizations brand and global identity • Manage people, this role will entail a lot of people management in which you will need to be a true team player and bring out the best in people • Manage the entire P&L for the marketing and comms of the business • Be innovative and creative to ensure we are the leader in what we do Required Education and Experience • Solid expertise in Marketing, Comms & PR • All aspect of Marketing channel must be understood at the senior level • This role will report directly into the CEO and Board • A true professional by heart • Full understanding of a financial organization • Full understanding of budgets and growth plans • Excellent problem solver • A higher level of study in Mass Communication/Marketing/Business Administration • Masters in Busines Administration You need to: - Take a strategic perspective - Lead change and growth - Make decisions - Drive execution - Lead for performance - Develop talent - Build relationships
