Facilities Manager

Job Description : FACILITIES MANAGER MEXICO with experience in infrastructure supervision and maintenance for the Mayan Train project in Cancun We are looking for an experienced Cancun-based Facilities Manager to oversee all activities related to the building. You will be responsible for maintaining the good condition of the infrastructure and ensuring that the facilities are safe and in good working order. The ideal candidate must be organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment, as well as reduce operating costs. Leadership capabilities and phenomenal efficiency can make you stand out in our pool of candidates. The objective is to ensure that the adaptation of our business is carried out smoothly and safely, so that employees can work in the best conditions. Proven experience as a facility manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of engineering/technical operations and facility management best practices Knowledge of the basic principles of finance and accounting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Good critical/analytical thinking Planning and coordination of all installations and retrofits Managing the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards Inspection of building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
