Job Description : MD BAHRAIN a medium sized Construction Group with their excellent reputation stamped firmly on projects across Bahrain over the past 50 years. To ensure the company’s continued success and growth, they are looking to appoint a General Manager to take the business to new heights. As General Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the profit and loss of the company, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. You will be joining a traditionally managed and profitable company, which is currently enjoying a period of planned expansion, supported by an impressive order book. A market leader in their field, they have now reached the stage where they seek an ambitious construction professional to play a key role in their future development. Apart from overseeing the company’s projects through to successful completion, a key responsibility of the role will be business development, so previous experience in the Middle East will be an important pre-requisite. Requirements: Experience working as a General Manager for small to medium sized main contractors. Commercially and contractually astute with the drive and enthusiasm to adopt a key role in the ongoing management and future expansion of the business. Previous experience working in the Middle East.
