Sales and Marketing Manager 
12 yearsJob Description : SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER THAILAND An exciting Sales & Marketing Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected international company based in Thailand. Reporting directly to Managing Director. This is a role for an experienced Sales who is a leader in their field. In this role, you will manage & implement sales strategies, tactics & execution sales plan, and lead overall management of sales, marketing, and technical support team. This role offers competitive base salary with allowance. Develop the sales strategy in collaboration with local Managing Director and Global Sales. This includes but is not limited to: Setting the product and channel mix. Price setting. Setting volume and revenue targets. Performing monthly forecasting and reporting In collaboration with local marketing team and Global Marketing, develop marketing strategy for increased brand awareness and support of sales strategy and targets Manage digital marketing function by assigning priorities and tasks ensuring strong execution of marketing plan and achievement of key performance indicators on each platform and for each campaign Manage technical support team for product feature and installation training, front line trouble shooting, and coordination with Quality Assurance team to solve any product or manufacturing related issue. Collaborate with Global Sales & Marketing to create impactful strategic development of brand communication within South-East Asian markets Ensure that all sales channels are targeted and sales growth achieved. Sales channels include: OEMs (manufacturers of pickup trucks), national sales companies (NSCs), vehicle dealerships, aftermarket, accessory dealers, retailers, and ecommerce platforms in Thailand as well as other South-East Asian markets Continuously monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance, trends and historic campaigns across channels to create framework for new opportunities, marketing budgeting, spending, and to model expected results to increase and optimise revenue growth Master or Bachelor degree in sales & marketing or related field will be advantage Minimum 12 years of experience as Sales & Marketing Manager and manager of people Sales Manager (or similar) in the Automotive industry (NSC level) or with a premium product accessory supplier An advantage if the candidate has relations into: Aftermarket retailers and OE manufacturers Proven track record of sales performance, building an organisation/team and establishing sales channels Working experience in digital, SEO or SEM, website design, search engine optimisation, advertising and Google ads (B2B and B2C) will be advantage
