Project Operations Manager

Job Description : Project Manager Operations GERMANY Düsseldorf In the role of Project Manager Operations (m/f/d), you will report directly to the Director of Operations and work with him to drive strategic initiatives in Technical Service and Customer Service. Your tasks: Implementation and advancement of strategically important multi-functional projects Participation in the planning, management, control and optimization of processes and business processes in the operations environment Close cooperation in the respective projects or initiatives on both a strategic and implementation level with the respective regional managers and department heads Responsibility for the implementation of transformation projects and support to achieve the KPI's As a sparring partner for the management team, you will also act as a link between regional and local executives Through your experience in fields of activity in the operations environment (preferably with a focus on TMO, PMO, or business consulting) or a comparable in-house function, you know and appreciate highly dynamic and fast-growing corporate structures. Successfully completed studies in economics or comparable training Experience in a project-related role in the supply chain or operations environment First experience in the implementation of multifunctional projects (e.g. sales, marketing, pricing, finance, digitalization, etc.) Communicative personality combined with the ability to communicate with managers from different hierarchies at eye level In order to achieve results together with the management, you follow a precise and at the same time pragmatic approach to action Your business fluent German and English skills complete your profile
