Regional Human Resources Operations Director
20 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL HR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR VIETNAM You will report directly to VP Operations and you will serve as a key member of the leadership team and will collaborate internally with our HR leaders, Business Operations, and IT. This leader has end-to-end accountability for overall leadership of our employee life cycle experiences & HR Data management/transactions, HR Reporting & Analytics, employee workforce experience support (case management), payroll, compensation administration processes, and supporting internal and external audits. Lead and develop a team of Operations and payroll team members Assume ownership of end-to-end lifecycle employee experience. Ensure overall compliance to employment laws and general compliance standards within the region Optimise HR technology systems creating opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes Continuously improve the quality of HR data and the integrity of downstream analytics Deliver operational excellence via clear service level and compliance standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through HR Services Partner to build and utilise dashboards to enable transparency and access to information Cultivate deep working partnerships with stakeholders across teams To succeed in this role, you must have minimum of 10 years of experience resulting in strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, benefit programs, technology, and service delivery in a growing organisation. Bachelor’s degree or higher Prior leadership experience required; people/team management, setting expectations and goals and driving high levels of performance Must have prior experience with payroll or leading a payroll teams within South Asia and/or ASEAN regions Demonstrated ability to redesign processes for continuous improvement and business results Ability to develop strong relationships and influence senior HR and business partners Comfortable and skilled in leading and managing change and managing cross-functional stakeholders Able to manage multiple high-priority demands both individually and via the team Experience working in a multicultural environment
