General Manager

Job Description : GM THAILAND As the General Manager Thailand, you will be is responsible for delivering sales, service and technical support and warehousing, this is a role for a general manager who is a leader in their field. Full P&L responsibility Work with the other General Managers in the region to ensure group strategy, divisional growth plans and performance can be delivered Achievement of the highest possible sales growth and profitability and management of business performance against plan Development of the annual and longer-term business plans for Thailand Administration and supervise of Process Engineering/ Production Control/ Production Manager/Facility Maintenance manager to maintain good management Lead, engage and develop employees in line with group core values and expectations as well as ensuring necessary training, development and pipeline build for the business Ensure management of talents and succession planning Ensure the after-sales service is maintained to the highest standards Bachelor's Degree of Engineering, Science or related fields 18 years’ experience in tire manufacturing plant as Production GM (Production, Process Engineering, Production control and Facility Maintenance) Good knowledge in aircraft tire retreading process (better) Good Management/Analytical/Standardization skill Good understanding of Safety/Disaster Prevention/Environment/Quality system
