12 yearsJob Description : CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER SINGAPORE An exciting Commercial Finance Manager job has just become available at an international spirits company with some of the world's best-loved whiskies and spirits. Reporting directly to the Finance Controller, this is a great opportunity for an experienced FP&A qualified candidate. In this role, you will be supporting the financial management of mainly Singapore, Vietnam, Australia and total SEAPAC overview mainly leading the financial Planning and Analysis for SEAPAC region, providing commercial support and business partnering to SEAPAC team and tighten internal controls for commercial reporting and overall operating spend. Lead and coordinate annual budget (five-year plan) and quarterly forecast and conduct detailed business analytics on product profitability Drive monthly and year-end closing and liaise with accounting and operations team to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting Provide stewardship in evaluating monthly analysis on business performance, including budget/forecast variance of financial results and key performance indicators to flag out risk and opportunities Assist the Finance Controller (SEAPAC) in the preparation of management presentation/dashboard summarising financial results and business insights Support commercial financial modelling on new business opportunities, contract renewals (including distributor, wholesaler, outlet contracts, etc.) and ad hoc projects Partner with the SEAPAC team to maximise return on investment, in particular growth initiatives, sales and marketing investments (ROI) and cost improvement initiatives Be the subject-matter expert on business partners’ contracts and implications and support the validation and settlement process of business partners’ contracts Lead and prepare price value chain across markets and to ensure strategic alignment and pricing harmonisation Support Finance Controller (SEAPAC) in the management of inventory allocation and manage DTC channels’ monthly inventory requirement and channel target Implement and enhance governance framework and processes to ensure commercial and marketing decisions are properly executed and maintained in a compliant manner 12 years of relevant business, financial planning and analysis, commercial finance experience University degree in finance/accounting Technical competency and/or knowledge of accounting rules Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience in FMCG, spirits or luxury retail sector is preferred Strong communication skills Enjoys working cross functionally, with the capability and confidence to manage stakeholders independently Highly motivated, dynamic and proactive A thirst for knowledge and confident in asking questions and challenging the status quo
