Group Head Finance and Accounting

Job Description : GROUP HEAD FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING INDONESIA An excellent Group Head of Finance and Accounting job has just become available at a group holding local conglomerate group in Jakarta. In this job, you will be responsible for all finance matters for the company along with other ad hoc issues. This is a critical role within a holding company reporting directly to CFO that is a strategic partner to the Country Head and business line heads in managing the business. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a large local conglomerate company. Support the Country Head and work with business line heads in handling business and operational issues Report on financial performance at management meetings Provide financial analysis to assist business and operational decision making Manage month-end closing, including consolidated financial reporting, consolidated management reporting, and statutory reporting in compliance with company regulations Consolidate annual budgeting and quarterly forecast Prepare audit schedule, manage all internal and external audit matters, and follow up with action plans Reconcile intercompany balances and year-end transfer pricing Manage consolidated cash flow forecast and tax compliance Other ad hoc issues At least 10 - 15 years' experience with strong exposure to overall finance management Good knowledge of Indonesia GAAP Holding company background is highly preferred Strong communication skills Leadership skills in managing and coaching a team Good knowledge of local corporate, tax and other regulatory compliance CPA certification is a plus
