Job Description : GROUP HEAD ACCOUNTING DUBAI Would lead Group Governance & Risk function that supports the development and implementation of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance Agenda and Strategy across the SNS Group. The role holder will develop and implement policies and frameworks for Enterprise Risk, Risk Appetite, Integrated Risk Assessment for Pillar II Risks, Risk Culture, Reputation Risk, Model Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Fraud Risk Management, Process Improvement, Outsourcing Risk, Captives and Vendor management of the group companies. The role will be responsible for providing independent Audits, Assessments. Monitor and implement Organization’s Governance and regulatory frameworks into management practice. Develop reporting framework, key metrics and dashboards for the board and senior management to integrate risk management with strategic decision making. Be a trusted advisor to the Board, CEO and the leadership team, supporting them to establish and communicate the organization's governance, compliance & risk objectives and providing direction to all level of managemen Technical Competencies: Governance Lead Regulatory Compliance Risk Technology Risk Management Stakeholder Management Business Processes and Controls Ideal Candidate: Excellent analytical skills with an ability to collect and analyze data and use it to make critical strategic decisions must work in the FMCG /Retail Ability to execute strategies and initiatives as well as maintain a strong internal controls environment and financial reporting processes. Ability to anticipate future business trends, economic conditions, market expectations and the ability to translate the irimpacton related business opportunities. Mentor the senior management to promote and embed a risk management culture and collaborate with both staff and Board members to implement a strong risk culture within the organization. Nuanced understanding of the regulation changes and updates with proven ability to develop regulatory guidelines based on best practices and industry standards. Design and implement effective stakeholder engagement and communications strategies for all project stages.
